Context
A firm running on an older system, or several disconnected ones, holds its matters, contacts, documents, and billing history in places that do not talk to each other. The operational need is one practice system the whole firm works in, without losing the record of past work.
System
The illustrated project selects a system against the firm's requirements, maps and migrates its data, configures matter types, templates, and billing, and connects email and document storage. Staff are trained by role before go-live, and the setup is reviewed once the firm has been working in it.
