Installing a system is part of designing it
A model that cannot be placed, limited, and maintained inside the real environment is not finished.

Deployment is where an architecture meets hosting, access, and the people who will run it. Treating installation as a later concern tends to produce a system that works in a workshop and stalls in the organisation.
Migration raises the same issue from the other side. An existing automation, data store, or model is already inside someone’s day. Moving it means knowing what has to keep running while the new architecture takes over.
The questions are concrete. Where does the system live. Who can reach the material. What happens when a source changes format. Who is allowed to alter a workflow. Those questions belong in the design.
